As the spread of next-generation automobiles such as electric vehicles is increasing, the demand for electric device parts is increasing. Thermal management technology improves the lifetime of electrical device components by effectively dissipating the heat generated from the substrate. In addition, we research materials with a high strength-to-weight ratio to reduce fuel efficiency. For this, a carbon-based nanomaterial with high thermal conductivity is used as a filler, and an engineering plastic with excellent specific strength is used as a matrix material. In addition, super fibers have excellent tensile strength and elasticity. Therefore, super fibers are reinforced to increase the drivability and stability of automobile tires and rubber. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the lifetime of vehicle parts. It is significant to supply rubber and polymer composite materials with fillers as components in vehicles.
